A Gentle, Restorative Experience
Each Reiki session is a calm and nurturing space where you are invited to relax, release, and reconnect with your natural state of balance.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit. It works by encouraging your own natural healing abilities and restoring energetic harmony.
No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.
Before Your Session
When you arrive, we will take a few minutes to talk about how you are feeling and what you would like support with. This may include physical tension, emotional stress, life transitions, or simply a desire to relax and reset.
You are always in control of your experience, and you are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
During Your Session
You will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table (or sit in a chair if preferred).
I will gently place my hands either lightly on or just above different areas of your body. Reiki energy flows where it is most needed.
Many clients experience:
Some simply rest or fall asleep — which is perfectly natural.
Each session lasts 90 minutes.
After Your Session
Following your session, we will take a few moments to gently return and, if you wish, share reflections about your experience.
You may feel:
It is common to continue processing gently over the next 24–48 hours. Drinking water and allowing yourself rest can help integrate the healing.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Distance Reiki is just as effective as in-person sessions.
At your scheduled time, you simply rest comfortably in your own space. I will guide you beforehand on how to prepare so you feel supported and at ease.
Many clients are surprised at how deeply they feel the energy, even from a distance.
My intention is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and respected.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical care, but it is a beautiful complementary practice that supports overall well-being.
